The Way to Make Wine: How to Craft Superb Table Wines at Home
It's not different to make your own drinkable wine. Almost any wine-making book or the interest will tell you how. Making a good or great wine is more challenging, and the aim of this book. Sheridan Warrick, who has been making great homemade wines for 30 years, gives guidance that is level-headed, exact, and well-written. I find his advice neither too general nor too detailed, but just right, which is important in a field like winemaking where jargon and mystery are rife. I'm still a beginner, but his guide treats me intelligently, not wasting my time. This is best introductory book out of the dozens available; follow it and you'll make some great wine.
