Seems like just about everybody I know is making things latelyーpots & dishes & clothes & bags & belts & blouses. I read in Newsweek or somewhere that this is the New RennaissanceーMebbe so. But it doesn’t feel good to see a lot of home made things when they are also poorly made. Romanticizing the hand-made is a native reaction to the problem of a machined-plastic environment.
